Please note: Warranty conditions dictate whether credit, repairs or replacements can be issued. If you are in any doubt regarding which course of action can be taken, please contact a member of the sales team on 01458 833186 prior to submitting your return request.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please ensure all returns are carefully packaged, preferably in the original carton as supplied, and are clearly labelled with the Batmink R.A. number. Returns that do not include an R.A. number will not be processed. Batmink cannot accept responsibility for units received damaged due to poor packaging. Due to time and materials involved, Batmink reserve the right to charge if, in our opinion, goods require repackaging prior to return to customer.

All faults specified should be demonstrable. If a product is returned and no fault can be found, Batmink reserve the right to impose an administration charge of £15 plus return carriage.

Any faulty item returned for credit must be in supplied condition, original packaging and with all accessories included otherwise an appropriate charge will be made.

For any item ordered incorrectly and subsequently returned for credit, a re-stocking charge will apply
